As Nieman Ryan Designs in 1976, we started creating books, journals and posters. Our journals included Pan Ecology, Ecoforestry, Ecophilosophy Notes, Forest Notes, Emerson Society Quarterly, Western Veterinarian, Windrow, common Voice, Women in Natural Resources, and Palouse. Staff members have gone on to design for other organizations as well, including: Little Brown, David Godine, Princeton University Press, University of Arizona Press, Washington State University Press and Computing Center, Mozart & Reason Wolfe, Country Roads, and the Marsh Institute.
